About this listen
Ryan doesn’t remember much about his life before becoming dungeon core. Only that he had a bit of a disagreement with the church - something to do with a beheading?
Now reborn, Ryan begins to arm his darkness dungeon with devious traps, bestial zombies, and ill-named skeletal creations, without doing anything too evil. Well, mostly. Some adventurers just deserve a stalactite to the head.
But Ryan quickly learns being a darkness dungeon isn’t all loot and bone puns. With a necromancer on the rise and the Adventurer’s Guild watching his every move, he must prove that not all darkness dungeons are malevolent...even if they do have a few skeletons in their caverns.
Sadly, all of these issues keep distracting him from his own guilty pleasure, skeletal fight club. But don’t tell his fairy about that.

Bone Dungeon
This book was bloody brilliant this book was written by Jonathan Smidt first time reading this author work. And I have to say I Love it . The reason why I got this book is the talented narrators of Jeff Hays, Annie Ellicott, Will M Watt and Laurie Catherine Winkel who's narration makes the characters and world come alive with the narration. This book is a must to listen to and owned....

By the numbers Dungeon Core
If you like dungeon core stories you know what to expect in this one. Nothing too outstanding but nothing bad either. You can almost call how the story will go beat for beat if you've read a lot of these type of books before. The dungeon typing is interesting where it's populated by skeletons and zombies. Only real problems are the adventurers seem to grow in power pretty damn quick and in pace with the dungeon and the dungeon faerie is easily one of the most annoying characters in the book with the usual core faerie romance bs in one of it's more forced incarnations.

Good Story - Annoying Music
The story is entertaining, however, the random music they play throughout the audiobook is extremely annoying. it doesn't enhance the story at all and has annoyed me enough to write a review (which I rarely do). Hopefully the second book doesn't have it or I won't be buying any of the others in the series
