Do it
I found it hard to stick to other training programs. I would quit within a week. But this program is awesome. It doesn't tell you to start at a exercise that is to hard for you. ot shows you how to build yourself up and keep going. This audio book will teach you how to change your life today.

Still an Amazing Book
Still a brilliant book. Some thoughts are now out dated with current understandings of nutrition eg eating low fat, grains and processed vegetable oils. But the power mind set and the rest of the philosophy is still beyond it time.
If you were to follow this the way it’s set out you are guaranteed to get results. If you edit it to current days by adding healthy fats the results will be even better.
