good foundational knowledge

good book for those who are looking to learn the basics of body language. and speed reading people and a situation. the narration is a bit breathey and you can hear the mouse clicks as they change page to keep reading. a few times you hear the narrator over step himself and mistime what he is reading. but it doesn't subtract from the content. So.all.in all still a great audio book to listen to.
