Another hit for Nora.
Beautifully performed and a dramatic and enthralling story. The characters are well formed, you truly feel like you know them personally.

Excellent storyline
The narrator did an amazing job and Nora’s characters didn’t disappoint. I loved the storyline and how it spanned the tears. A great read. I highly recommend it

Witty dialogue and great narration.
I like Nora Roberts' mix of romance, character development and suspense. Without a lot of dialogue, these can drag a bit over a long story but she never fails to keep the conversations moving without a lot of rhetoric by the characters. However, toward the end, I felt there was too much detail in an awful 'crime' that didn't involve our heroine, but was against an almost unknown character. I felt it was unnecessary detail and gave the POV from the wrong person in the room. Without a trigger warning at least, it was too much.
