Love the Book......But
Just note to people looking to buy this, book is good, but in Chapter 11 there is a 5 minute silence with missing dialogue. Audible is looking into the issue.

Great.
It has been a long time since I have listened to this trilogy but it is just as powerful now as it was then, truly three if the greatest books David Gemmel has written..I highly recommend this trilogy to all.

Wonderful
I thoroughly recommend the Jon Shannon series of 3 books. A simply wonderful story across all the books. Definitely one of my favourite characters and such an awesome storyline. There is so much one could say about David Gemmell’s writing but suffice to say he was truly gifted and tells a story like no other. I wish there were more books to lose myself in but I’ve read and listened to them all so I will simply start all over at the beginning. So much enjoyment to be had losing oneself in the worlds he creates and so many books to enjoy. The narrator Christian Rodska was so easy to listen to and I commend his work highly. Give these books a try, do it in order and I’m very certain you won’t be disappointed. Wonderful! Thanks
