Publisher's Summary
The body of young, paralyzed Luca, a boy killed by cruel bullies, becomes home to an interdimensional traveler. This is the 99th world for this traveler who has spent an entire life in each of his previous worlds. And now, he is out of lives, his previous misdeeds leaving him with a negative balance of points and preventing him from reincarnating anew. Once he realizes that he must spend his final life in a poverty-stricken family in a backward world, he awakens the consciousness of the deceased Luca and ends his own physical existence, leaving all his abilities to his heir.
One such ability is the use of the Wheel. Every traveler can spend points to spin the Wheel and gain a special talent, a superpower, or...a deadly illness. Luca spins the Wheel and gains the superpower of metamorphosis. Now, he can regenerate, recover from deadly wounds, and even take on the shape of other beings. The young man takes on the form of the Emperor: to avoid death, help his family, and finally, to bring order to the Empire!

Jarringly mediocre
I could only make it through the first couple of chapters, so maybe the story gets incredible later, but from what I have heard so far I am very doubtful it is worth any more of my - or your - time.
This title earns an extra star for the interesting concept of a LITRPG gacha reincarnation universe but that's about it. This title feels like it is translated from another language and paraphrased or missing context or embelishment. I have listened to a couple of other LitRPGs from Russian authors and all seem to follow a similar trend where the MC is a helpless cripple and almost everyone is shockingly and illogically cruel to them, everyone is selfish and/or corrupt and self interested to the point where I am not sure how the societies these stories are set in managed to function. Eventually the MC manages to get powerful and become a sigma male or whatever but given how immersion-breakingly unjust and against them the world seems to be it doesn't really feel satisfying or interesting when they overcome what feels like 'affected' challenges.
The performance from the voice actor is likewise uninspired and has the kinda uncertain emphasis on words of someone who is reading something for the first time and doesn't know where the sentence is going to end. A perfect example of this is the end of the first chapter, which is so jarring because what should have been said with some emphasis or emotion is kinda just recited like it is the middle of a sentence and then just cuts off. I had to rewind and play it again because I thought I had accidentally hit the 'skip to next chapter' button or something.
