book 3 has a strange wisper occasionally saying dead
its a good book, I enjoyed the story but in book 3 at first I thought I was hearing things but occasionally you hear the word dead whispered in back ground. no reason for it but definitely strange. otherwise enjoying the books.

The audio quality of book 3 isn’t very good
I like the story well enough. Could be fleshed out more. I like the characters though. The narrators voice is nice but in book three the audio quality is bad it’s like she’s speaking into a cup or something

Good story if you ignore the blurb - Terrible quality book 3
Enjoying the story but had to ignore the blurb completely to do so.
I couldn’t listen past book three. The recording is very hard to listen through.

If you ignore the terrible recording in book three, forget they are supposed to be getting ‘magical powers ‘, ignore the fact they’re all completely oblivious about ‘life in general’ and accept the sheriff has some weird unknown vendetta against them all (no idea why by book three). You may enjoy this.
Im left wondering when the ‘magical sisters’ will get their powers?? - maybe that part of the story was oversold or the progress is a little slow for me?
So far one sister has gut feelings sometimes and another sees ghosts. I’m assuming it’s one sister per book? But I certainly wouldn’t call this a magical series. Maybe a mystery series with a hint of magic (cat).
The magical cat (which seems to be 30+ years old?) is doing all the work; turning up places and meowing and solves all their problems - and no one seems to notice anything at all about the cat.. which is just facepalm painful at this point.
I can’t get through book three so I guess I’ll never know if it gets better, I stuck it out as long as I could - I’m sorry I hate giving reviews like this :(
