A silent book
Timer clicked along but no sounds were made through out except for the beginning announcement: This is Audible. Had it replaced twice but was the same silent book every time. Customer service staff Rome was a fantastic help!

A beatiful explanation of Metta meditation
Truly an amazing explanation of mindfullness. This book truly shows how uncomplicated and easy mindfullness can be with a little bit of effort on daily practice.
The last 16 mins of Chapter 4 is the best Metta meditation I have observed in many books. A daily listening/practice of those 16mins does a world of good to yourself and everyone around you. Try and listen to it daily for 5-6 days and see the benefits!
Chapter 6 helped truly control anger in a unique way.
It has changed my life and hence the review!!!
