Palmer Arnold, RECALL Program Manager, is on a mission to discover who murdered John Faust, the previous RECALL Program Manager, and his secretary Mary Smart. Palmer has a list of 718 missing soldiers from the Vietnam War that may be the reason for John’s death. He elicits the assistance of a National Security Administration analyst and friend, Marylyn Monroe.
His endeavors will take him on an arduous journey that unearths a conspiracy perpetrated by a Top-Secret Government Agency.
