Olivia Brent has one summer to save the dairy farm she just inherited.

The brooding farmhand has inherited exactly 50 percent of Brent Farm, and he's so convinced the city girl can't work the land, he bets she can't save it in a summer. Determined to prove him wrong, Olivia accepts what might be the dumbest wager of her life.

Not bad
A nice audiobook, not great but worth the listen for me since it was included in my membership. The story was nothing super special but it was a sweet romance. Definitely not the most realistic representation of how easy it is for a farm to make extra cash but that's not really the point of the book and probably won't bother most people unless you really care about realism.
Mediumish burn romance with open-door spice but nothing super dirty, I'd say about a level 3/5.
No complaints narration-wise, Troy Duran makes every audiobook better and Mia's performance was enjoyable too.

Loved the farm
Ms Hart chooses tge best narrators when it comes to audio and this one was no exception
Smalltown farm grumpy hot H bailing hay shirtless and a fabulous funny h
I love Stacey’s stories and the feelings and smiles one gets whilst listening or reading
Like who doesn’t want a pink tractor 🚜🩷

Cute story
I was itching for more conflict or for the FMC to make the MMC work for it a bit more but I still enjoyed this.
I could listen to Troy’s voice all day and there is something about the way Mia narrates dialogue that I love.
