My Bible for living an anxious free life
I find Ram Dass completely engaging. I have listened to this book at least 20 times and each time I hear a deeper message that I put into use. Very helpful if you are experiencing trauma or loss in my opinion, I only wish there were a printed version as well. The knowledge shared here is like a gift that keeps on giving.

A beautiful masterpiece.
Ram Dass shares openly and honestly from his life story a way for all of us to touch the freedom and joy, the pain and suffering, all at the same time, creating a whole moment and a pathway of completeness.

This audiobook really gives you an insight into how to better your own spiritual being, and how to become more human, with a higher understanding & tranquil inner peace.

Historic Dharma recordings
A series of back dated dharma talks that have been remastered. Insightful and easy to listen to although some of the ‘meatier’ stuff can be challenging if you’re not already a good distance into your own self discovery journey.

Fabulous read
What an Incredible book? It was sent to me by a good friend and how lucky I am to have taken the time to listen.
I Absolutely recommend this book to anyone, it will leave you with wonderful insights about life and death.
It might even give you a new and refreshing way to see yourself and new possibilities on how to love yourself as you are, and in turn love those around you for who they are not what they have done.
