Publisher's Summary

New worlds, New foes

The world is threatened when a headless robotic suit of armor appears out of nowhere and attacks, starting with Knoxville, Tennessee. The UCH mobilizes and sends a small team to thwart its plans. Bark, Snow, and Spark investigate the war zone, only to be attacked as well. As the team of Super-Normals are challenged to the limits utilizing their super-powers to turn back the enemy, the nearly unstoppable armor hits Bark with a strange weapon, and, soon after, something inside him begins to change - he starts to lose his mind.

Now the UCH must defend Knoxville from being leveled by this maniacal enemy while Bark struggles to regain his senses. Even then, his entire existence hangs in the balance as he questions if there will ever be a day when he is nothing but a beast. Moreover, will he now let go of his current love just as he is at the moment of proposal? And even worse for this superhero: Is death his only choice?
