Publisher's Summary
"Resonance" is supposed to be a dream - that's when your soulmate is chosen for you. And everyone on the ice planet has hooked up with a big, hunky soulmate of their own...except me. So do I want a mate? Heck, yeah. More than anything, all I've ever wanted is to be loved by someone. Except that the soulmate chosen for me?
My least favorite person on the darn ice planet: Haeden's the most cranky, disapproving, unpleasant, overbearing male alien...so why is it that my body sings when he gets close? Why is he working so hard to prove to me that he's not as awful as I think he is? I hate him...don't I?

A Classic Ruby Dixon
I loved the next installment of Ice Planet Barbarians, and this was my first Audiobook version. I was delighted by the narrators who really brought the characters to life!

still not as good as Liz and Georgie
I was pretty surprised that our hero turn so soft. throughout all the series he has been a grumpy and sour man. but as soon as he resonates he becomes almost shy and uncertain. Josie has a sad past as does her man but I was hoping there would be a little more fire between them the old Ruby Dixon came out when the sky claw turned up and I must confess I had a bit of a chuckle which I haven't done since book 1 and 2.
all in all it was an ok story but it's kind of been done in the earlier books, I think I have to give the barbarians a rest.

***Barbarian's Mate***
I love Josie and Haeden's story, their both had a very sad past specially our little Josie she is a fighter and a survivor who never gives up and doesn't complaint., she accepts and face all her problems head on and that is incredibly strong. Haeden the grumpy surly barbarian is perfect for Josie. Hollie Jackson and Mason Lloyd are both excellent narrators.
