He transitioned TWG to an Agile operating model, doubling profits despite COVID disruptions. Known for driving digital innovation, he has led e-commerce advancements and personalized marketing strategies.

    An advocate for ethical practices and AI integration in retail, Nick has spoken globally on leadership, transformation, and empowering women in business. Former Vice-Chairman of FDRA, he was Deloitte 200 CEO of the Year Runner-up (2022) and completed the Institute of Directors Climate Governance Course (2024).
