  • Pfarrer Erwin Gerst (68) war seit 40 Jahren als Pfarrer im Zillertal tätig und hat vor kurzem sein Amt zurückgelegt und ist in Pension gegangen. Der gebürtige Wörgler ist zu seinen beiden Geschwistern in Kirchbichl gezogen, wo er eine eigene Wohnung hat. Die Pfarren Ried, Uderns und Fügen hat Pfarrer Gerst über Jahrzehnte betreut. Er selbst bezeichnet sich als Mann der Mitte und als nicht konservativ, hat er doch immer zu den Aufrührern gezählt, sagt er. Von sich selbst sagt er auch, dass er nie Karriere machen wollte und ein "Pfarrer "für die Leut" sein wollte. Hubert Gogl hat den frischen Pensionisten daheim in Kirchbichl besucht.
