    Today at Sand Beach, expect a low rip current risk with 2 to 3 feet waves. No thunderstorms in sight, so you're safe to catch some waves! The UV index is very high, so don't forget that sunscreen. Water temperature is a cool 51 degrees, so be cautious. It'll be partly sunny with temps in the upper 60s and south winds at 5 to 10 mph.

    Now, for Juneteenth, waves will be around 2 feet, dropping to 1 foot later in the day. Still a low rip current risk, with mostly sunny skies and some fog around. Highs will be in the lower 70s with southwest winds blowing at 10 to 15 mph.

    Looking ahead, the surf will be around 1 foot on Thursday with mostly sunny conditions and a chance of fog. Highs in the mid 70s with southwest winds. Friday and Saturday expect similar conditions with a slight chance of showers.

    Over at Roque Bluffs, similar low rip current risks and 2 feet waves today. The UV index is very high, and water temperature is 49 degrees, so be cautious when diving in. Partly sunny skies with temps in the lower 60s and south winds around 5 mph.

    For Juneteenth at Roque Bluffs, waves around 2 feet, mostly sunny with fog patches, and highs in the upper 60s. Southwest winds at 5 to 10 mph.

    On Thursday, expect 2 feet waves, mostly sunny conditions, and a slight chance of showers with highs in the lower 70s. Friday and Saturday, similar conditions with a chance of showers.
