    Starting off in Eastern Monmouth, specifically Sandy Hook, we've got a low rip current risk today with surf heights ranging from 1 to 2 feet. The sun is shining bright with a very high UV index, so don't forget your sunscreen. The water temperature is in the upper 60s, perfect for a refreshing dip. Expect a high temperature around 80 degrees with south winds at 10 to 15 miles per hour.

    Heading over to Long Beach Island, the Coastal Ocean area, we're looking at a moderate rip current risk today. Surf heights are also between 1 to 2 feet, with sunny skies and a high temperature in the upper 70s. The wind will be coming from the south at 10 to 15 mph, making it a great day for some beach fun.

    In Coastal Atlantic, including the beaches of Atlantic City, we've got another moderate rip current risk with slightly higher surf heights of 2 to 3 feet.     If you're chilling at the Atlantic Coastal Cape May beaches, like Ocean City, you can expect a moderate rip current risk as well with surf heights ranging from 2 to 3 feet. The UV index is very high, so keep that sunblock handy. Enjoy the upper 70s temperature and south winds at 10 to 15 mph.

    Lastly, down in Delaware at Rehoboth Beach, we've got a low rip current risk today. The surf heights are 1 to 2 feet with plenty of sunshine and a high temperature in the lower 80s. The water temperature is in the upper 60s, just right for a swim.
