very informative
offers alternative views on fertility including many examples of Chinese medicine.
I really recommend this book to anyone considering becoming pregnant in the next year. but it is also great advice for a better life on general.

Enlightening, informative TTC
I loved the empowering gentleness of the context, informative, spiritual and factual. I recommend for any woman on the journey to conceive. I also loved the reader, her voice is so calming and reassuring.

Beautiful listening
I really learned and enjoyed listening to this book. It is also beautifully narrated. It comes with PDF for some recipes. It has valuable information I wish I knew before.

Informative and gentle approach to preconception.
This was a lovely informative and gentle approach to informing the mother of her path to pregnancy. I enjoyed learning more about the ways to not only nourish with food but support a positive mindset before pregnancy.
