Ok at best

Sounds like a computer generated voice that mispronounced the same words through the book in a sing song drone. “During” read as “daring” drive me nuts! I’ve listened to several books on the subject. All of which were better than this one.

Painful Narrative

Fantastic information however incredibly painful having to get through the whole book with this narrator.
Also, all of the studies done on fasting and intermittent fasting are done on men so it’s very unrelated to women who you have to consider hormone imbalance when fasting

keto heavy but good info

this book is worth the read. the author has dumbed the science down to aid the lay persons understanding but really covers autophagy topic in detail. as an unexpected bonus some fantastic info on the food industry and its sneaky ways and extreme lengths it takes to trick us. bit keto diet heavy for me . narrator puts in a good performance too.

Patronising and irritating

I am very interested in this subject - but found this to be irritating and patronising.
There's a smugness in the approach and delivery...... I'm going to use lots of big words, but don't worry - i'm going to explain them to you very simply....
