About this listen

Poet.

Lyricist.

Spoken-Word Artist.

AudioGasmic is a follow up to the romance novel A Love of my Own, where we're able to see Julian Brooks in his true poetic grandeur. Described as a lyrical assassin and a professional wordsmith by his peers, Julian's love of poetry, and his love of love, are evident in each line he writes.

Beautiful

The poetry on here is so beautifully written, so moving, so eloquently put and it pays homage to the beauty of being black, loving a black person and shows how beautiful that unity is when in todays world, it's been painted as something not achievable.
I love every minute of it that it ended too fast so I re-read and still will always because, wheew!
Winston James narrates the words so well, paces himself and brings to life the passion and the reverence of such a deep love. You need to treat your ears if you haven't yet.
