"Binge has written a profound and elegiac story that examines science, faith and the concept of humanity itself – what it means to live and die, to yearn and strive, and all the spaces in between. I will be thinking about this one for a long time!" (Sunyi Dean, Sunday Times bestselling author of The Book Eaters)
"Both the science and the suspense are perfection, all held together by a robust emotional core. I enjoyed it immensely." (Tade Thompson, award-winning author of Rosewater and Far from The Light of Heaven)

Ascension review
Another wonderful narration by the master Peter Kenny, a delight to listen to.
The story of Harold embarking on an adventure that becomes both fantastical and driven by unseen forces. The letters to his niece are a nice way of storytelling, so you only ever understand what is happening through Harold’s interpretations.

Philosophical speculative fiction
Hard to work out what is happening on this scientific expedition to a mysterious mountain in the sea. But worth persevering. Beautifully narrated.

Excellent suspenseful sci-fi
A well-paced, thematically coherent hard sci-fi with equal parts suspense and melancholy. Peter Kenny narrates superbly, as always.
