About this listen
Welcome to a dark new world where lethal, beautiful archangels hold sway over immortals and mortals both, with the Guild Hunters caught in between, tasked with retrieving those vampires who break their contracts with their angelic masters. Elena Deveraux is a Guild Hunter. She was hired to do the impossible - to hunt down a rogue Archangel - and she succeeded where none had believed she could. But in the process, she fell in love. And not just with anyone: with the Archangel Raphael. It a love that's as powerful, entrancing and incredible as it is terrifying, and dangerous. But the world won't stand still while Elena and Raphael enjoy their new-found love. Vampires and angels still go rogue, and it's still Elena's job to hunt them down, and return them to their angelic masters. For all that she is exceptional, Elena isn't invulnerable - and the more obvious her talents become, the bigger a target she could finds herself...

Favourite series… wrong narrator.
I love this series and I really want the audio, but the narration is terrible.
Nothing against JE, but she was the wrong choice for this series on every level.
The only voice that doesn’t immediately get on my nerves is Michaela, and she still doesn’t sound right to me. The men are all a huge disappointment.

Horribly out of order!
This book was so hard to follow. It starts half way through and then jumps around from the beginning. So it kind of ruined the first part for me because I already knew the ending. Also i couldn’t figure out who Sam was but was able to piece it together by the end but then when I realized I missed that part I kind of felt like what’s the point in listening to it, I already know the jist of what happened. Please fix this, it really ruins the reading experience for me.

Very repetitive
Disliked it, sadly very repetitive with the descriptive terms and words used, was rolling my eyes by chapter 3.
