John Carter vibes.

Worth listening to.
A captivating fantasy world with an underlying sci fi twist.
Well narrated. Would be nice if the world was explored/ exposed a bit more.

First books good…

The first books is good and the second isn’t bad although it seems like the author forgot what kind of person the MC is. And there are a few awkward scenes were he acts very out of character just for a plot point. But overall a pretty good series
