Publisher's Summary

In Carry On, Simon Snow and his friends realised that everything they thought they understood about the world might be wrong. And in Wayward Son, they wondered whether everything they understood about themselves might be wrong.

In Any Way the Wind Blows, Simon and Baz and Penelope and Agatha have to decide how to move forward.

For Simon, that means deciding whether he still wants to be part of the World of Mages–and if he doesn't, what does that mean for his relationship with Baz? Meanwhile, Baz is bouncing between two family crises and not finding any time to talk to anyone about his newfound vampire knowledge. Penelope would love to help, but she's smuggled an American Normal into London, and now she isn't sure what to do with him. And Agatha? Well, Agatha Wellbelove has had enough.

Any Way the Wind Blows takes the gang back to England, back to Watford and back to their families for their longest and most emotionally wrenching adventure yet.

This audiobook is a finale. It tells secrets and answers questions, and lays ghosts to rest.

Carry On was conceived as a book about Chosen One stories; Any Way the Wind Blows is an ending about endings. About catharsis and closure, and how we choose to move on from the traumas and triumphs that try to define us.

Euan is SO GOOD i probably will listen other books he narrated just because of his voice and skill! Amazing 💜 Thank you, thank you so much! AWTWB - is lovely, gentle, soft book that will give you butterflies :) And - as others - very interesting and breathtaking <3

Wraps up nicely.

I personally enjoyed AWTWB but I do still have a few critiques. AWTWB is definitely more sexually mature than the other books in this series. It isn't necessarily a bad thing, it is between adults in a long term relationship so no problems there, but I did find myself getting a little bit uncomfortable during some scenes. It never got explicit though and I will admit it is still a lot more tame than other books in the ya genre I've seen. Other than that, my only other problem is that the narrator has an accent specifically for Shepard but he seems to slip into it whenever he says 'eer' sounds. It can kinda pull you out of the story a little bit. I thoroughly enjoyed this book and would definitely recommend it to anyone who has read the books in the series, everything fits together well and it was an enjoyable fifteen hours of my life. Please don't let what I mentioned above stop you from enjoying it, I just thought a little warning might be necessary. :)
