About this listen
Annabelle, like all of her fairy friends, desperately wants to be a rose fairy when she grows up. But when things go horribly wrong at the Great Selecting ceremony, the fairy queen tells Annabelle she will have to spend the rest of her life as a fart fairy!
As Annabelle's childhood friends distance themselves from her, Annabelle's family - especially her goofy brother, Fevrile - tell her everything will be all right. But, she knows better than to believe them.
This is the story of how Annabelle tries to run away from her life as a fart fairy, breaking rules and friendships along the way. But, when catastrophe strikes, she is forced to embrace her identity as a Forgotten Fairy, leading her to a destiny more important than anything else in history.
Annabelle, the Reluctant Fart Fairy is book one in the Forgotten Fairies series, designed for listeners ages 6 to 106.

It made me giggle!
Q- What did you love best about Annabelle, the Reluctant Fart Fairy?
A- The situations Annabelle found herself in at times made me laugh, especially when she was learning the ropes in being a 'fart fairy'.... getting gassed after magically releasing the old dogs fart.... hehehehehehe, it made me giggle out loud!
Q- What other book might you compare Annabelle, the Reluctant Fart Fairy to and why?
A- I'd probably compare 'Annabelle, the Reluctant Fart Fairy' to the Rainbow Magic Fairy series by Daisy Meadows, although the "Forgotten Fairies" series is alot different.
Q-What about Kat Marlowe’s performance did you like?
A- Kat did a wonderful job narrating this book, her characters each had there own voices, so it was easier to know who was speaking at the time.
Q- Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
A- I actually did listen to this book in 1 sitting, I was decorating a cake, so had my headphones on listening to the book & decorated the cake I needed to do. I finished the cake just after I finished listening to the book.
Q- Any additional comments?
A- I can't wait to let my daughter listen to this story, I think she'll enjoy it when she does. Also I can't wait to listen to book 2 of the "Forgotten Fairies" series by M.T. Lott, & anything narrated by Kat Marlowe.
