Publisher's Summary

As an a'ani warrior, my life matters little. Cloned from the same matter as thousands of others, I am but one of many. Here on the ice planet, though, I can start over. I can become my own person, have my own needs, my own wants.

I know what I want. I have known since the moment I arrived.

Her name is Angie. She is human, with sad, lonely eyes, and a very pregnant belly. To her, I am not just another clone. I am Vordis, the one who laughs at her jokes, tends to her needs, and makes her smile. I will do anything to make her mine.

But my brother and fellow clone Thrand thinks the same way, and he's just as determined to win her. Will I have to destroy my bond with my brother to win my female? Or will he cause a rift between us that's impossible to mend?

Contains mature themes.

The Alien Perspective on Dating

I love the whole series! Fantastic world building that describes how stranded modern women integrate into a tribal culture of tall, hot, and build, matter of fact aliens - all wrapped up with a steamy sexy sweet romance. The characters are all unique throughout the whole series. Some books have more action then others, which focus more on tribal life and personal struggles. I can't even pick one book as my favourite - I'm afraid you'll have to read them all including the original series 'Ice Planet Barbarians'. Fantastic male/ female narrators for the audiobook version too.

A still unique view of relationships between different cultures

I don’t know how but these books still manage to show new perspectives no matter how many times the storyline is similar. Addictive as always. Hunting for a pickle is my new giggle.

Angie and Vordis come to life

Another Ice Home story completely brought to life by the amazing narrations of Sean Crisden and Felicity Munroe. I'm amazed at how they can still bring nuance to new characters, though I'll admit I have only listened to half the Ice Home books. The story is strong in this one, with both characters having complex back stories, motivations and challenges. I really enjoyed having some older characters shine- in this case I thought Liz really stole the show in the chapters with her presence.
