Definitely a favorite! I wish we learned more about Amy throughout the story, but loved the thought process behind the journey she had to take. Tracey Rees is an amazing auther and I look forward to reading more and this one again!

A Modern Day Classic - So Beautifully Written
What did you like most about Amy Snow?
I loved the strong female characters. Tracy Rees has done a magnificent job capturing the language and essence of the Victorian Period. It felt like a little bit of Jane Austen, Emily Bronte and Wilkie Collins all mixed into a fabulous plot line.
What did you like best about this story?
It had me gripped from the very first paragraph and stayed exciting all the way through.
What about Melody Grove’s performance did you like?
She did a wonderful job. Lovely vocal tones and great diversity in characterisations, making it a pleasure to listen to.
Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
Yes definitely.

A Charming Tale
Tracy Rees has written a lovely story of friendship, which she seamlessly links from past to present throughout the book. Her characters come to life and draw you in to Amy's story.
Certainly not a challenging book, but if you are looking for something easy and pleasant then this is the book - an ideal holiday book.
That said, I enjoyed my journey with Amy as she followed Aurelia's trail and discovered herself, and would probably try another of Rees books if/when she writes one.
Nicely narrated too.

Tedious, despite the final twist. Indulgent prose.
narrator may have been accurate for the period, but spent most of the book sounding like a wet blanket. Dull.
