Incredibly good, the best pursuit scene written in a decade
Part 3 was unbelievably fire. I’ve never read or listened to such an intensely fast and well written continuous scene.
Reading this book through the lens of 2023 is very interesting. You could almost believe the story is non-fiction with how accurately it depicts Russian operations in regards to Turkey and NATO.
I’m so impressed at how the story has switched from relatively small-time Islamic terror to more wide scale geopolitical intrigue.
The writers are well informed on geopolitics, espionage and combat. There are many spy and military novels out there and none have the level of realism that this series has. Speaking of those two topics, this story has discovered the perfect balance between espionage and combat. In some places, stealthy information collection, disguise and infiltration are the name of the game. In others, fists, knives and guns are blazing in a style few writers can match.
The authors are at the top of their games and they seem to be bringing every scene to the peak quality. There are genuinely tearful moments and the level of investment in the characters is continuously climbing. I’m not even American, never even been to the US but it makes me proud to know the faces of the Western world’s greatest ally.

This Series is AWESOME
This series is awesome love every book so far and can’t wait to listen to the next on. The Narrator Ray Porter is the best by far hands down he makes the books on your edge action and there isn’t a voice he can’t do!!
