clarity on a complex topic

Very wide range of info, but well set out in a practical way. I shall be reading it again. Having read a few on the topic I this is the best.

Waffle

A lot of this is just waffle.
Its of no use to a carer who has to struggle through each day and night. Looks good on paper but little practical help.
