Allen Carr's Easyway method is a global phenomenon - a clinically proven and 100 per cent drug-free treatment for nicotine addiction. This book applies that tried-and-tested method to the problem of marijuana addiction. Whether you consider yourself an addict, or just someone who has a little too much, a little too often, the fact is you're looking for a route out, and this method will show you the way.
The ingenious thing about the Easyway method is that it doesn't rely on willpower. Instead it works by unravelling the cognitive brainwashing behind your addiction. This means that you will not only be set free from your cannabis addiction but you will also find it easy and even enjoyable to quit:
- Without using willpower, aids, substitutes or gimmicks.

- Without suffering anxiety, depression or unpleasant withdrawal symptoms.
This audiobook is a direct, easy-to-follow and engaging way of absorbing the method, which will free you from your cannabis addiction painlessly and immediately. It is effective for anyone who consumes cannabis in any form, including joints, bongs, edibles, capsules, vape or other methods. Simply follow the steps and become a happy, cannabis-free person for the rest of your life.

Very well done and put together.
I enjoyed the book in total.
a few things made me feel like the writer may not fully understand what Potheads feel like. This could be my ego speaking as I'm still in the thick of it.
glad I gave it a go. it's been a great help.

im 43 years old and have smoked an ounce a week for 25 years now. everything in the book made sense, i think this book is awesome, I'm a week into it and no withdrawals no sleeping problems, it took 1 day to start eating properly again. I feel empowered and so excited for the future.
thank you

The one that got me
Congrats for this amazing work. I’ll like to say that the one reason that gave me the “Aha!” moment was the fact that NOTHING would make me happy anymore, not my amazing husband, friends, work achievements, etc, would put a smile on my face if cannabis was not involved, I had completely lost capacity for enjoyment. This fact was deeply and quietly killing myself and making my previous PTSD condition even worse, I just wanted to dye and couldn’t really understand why my depression got so severe. Now all of the sudden everything made sense… Thank you

Wait!
He says that, under no circumstances, should I listen to this book while under the influence of drugs... if I could stop using for long enough to listen to this book i wouldn't need the book!
Look, easy way got me off cigarettes, so I have faith the material has it's value. But I'm gonna have to do it stoned because that's literally my problem lol

Disappointed
Basically cut and pasted language from other substance addictions. Nothing new here. Felt to generic.
