About this listen
Deputy US Marshal Miro Jones has a reputation for being calm and collected under fire. These traits serve him well with his hotshot partner, Ian Doyle, the kind of guy who can start a fight in an empty room. In the past three years of their life-and-death job, they've gone from strangers to professional coworkers to devoted teammates and best friends. Miro’s cultivated blind faith in the man who has his back…faith and something more.
As a marshal and a soldier, Ian’s expected to lead. But the power and control that brings Ian success and fulfillment in the field isn't working anywhere else. Ian’s always resisted all kinds of tied down, but having no home - and no one to come home to - is slowly eating him up inside. Over time, Ian has grudgingly accepted that going anywhere without his partner simply doesn't work. Now Miro just has to convince him that getting tangled up in heartstrings isn't being tied down at all.

Adorable, funny, quirky and sweet.
I couldn’t stop listening - a wonderful story, a few good mini angst moments, lots of enriching secondary characters and such a sweet interaction between them. A bit spicy, but woven into the story well.

Moving straight onto book 2
Both Deputy US Marshal's and work partners, Miro and Ian kept me entertained with all the action scenes and their slow burn relationship. Lots of sexual tension between these 2 - even before they actually get together, they can barely keep their hands off the other. Great audio.
Really enjoyed listening to Tristan James - Off to get the rest of the audios in this series to binge, I’ve been meaning to listen to this series for too long now, time to commit and enjoy listening to more of Miro & Ian.

Love me some Ian & Mero
This has got to be one of my favourite couples to revisit again and again.
Mero & Ian are US Marshall’s and have been partners for 3 years. During that time Mero has been hiding his massive attraction to his partner. Not willing to risk their partnership at work, and having to come to the terms Ian straight, Mero is all about being the best partner for Ian.
But with Ian constantly being sent away and Mero being left without a partner, is it really worth Mero not even trying to tie him down.
This is a great series based around these two head strong men just trying to short their shit out while
juggling work, family & and serial killers.
Mary Calmes is always a good bet for your credits.

All tied down
I loved how this story flowed, It was action packed and not lacking on the sweetness of romance.
I liked the performance of the narrator, He did a good job, I would have loved his performance if I could have distinguished between the two MCs better. Sometimes when they were having a conversation I couldn’t figure who was talking because it all flowed together.
