About this listen
Detective Alyssa Wyatt is hunting a serial killer. She doesn't know that he's hunting her.
A woman is found naked, badly beaten, and barely alive in the New Mexico mountains. The shocking discovery plunges Albuquerque Detective Alyssa Wyatt into a case that will test her to the limit.
It appears that Callie McCormick is the latest plaything of a shadowy psychopath that leaves a long shadow on the streets of New Mexico - an individual linked to a string of deaths but leaving no evidence. But when Alyssa makes a breakthrough that just might reveal the killer, she unknowingly puts herself in the crosshairs of a brutal maniac - one with an old score to settle.
Because the killer knows Alyssa very well, even if she doesn't know him. And he's determined that she'll know his name - even if he has to extract his deadly revenge on her and everything she loves.
The launch of a dark, gripping, completely unpauseable crime thriller series, All His Pretty Girls introduces New Mexico detective Alyssa Wyatt. Fans of Kendra Elliot, Melinda Leigh, and Angela Marsons will be utterly engrossed.

great pace and gripping storyline
I really enjoyed this one, finally an non procedural serial killer thriller! the author has spent the words on actions and conversations and skipped the boring technique explanations synonymous with crime thrillers these days. The only issue I had with the entire story was the perfect husband, just seemed out of place to me but in no way does it make this story any less entertaining!

Predictable
Unfortunately I figured out the plot quite early and was disappointed with the dragging out of the story

Hooked from the start
This is my first book from Charly Cox. The first chapter had be drawn in, to me thats when I know I will love the book. Narrator was super, very easy to listen too! Binged it in less than 24hours.
Story line, with a touch of predictability it was still a very good story and never lost interest. Not for the faint hearted in some parts too. Can't wait to read the next one.

Blood Curdling
I often wonder what the mind of an author is like. To create such a story and to keep me listening is my recommendation. I had to know how it ended even though at times I didn't think I could hear any more. Like those drivers who pass an horrific accident and can't help looking, I stayed to the very end.

Unfortunately it was too slow and bland for me.
Unfortunately it was too slow and bland for me. I like more action, suspense, whit, and ballsy humour

Predictable and rushed
The whole story felt rushed, the ‘twists’ were very predictable and the ending felt weird and abrupt. Not a very enjoyable book unfortunately

The narration was excellent
The is a crop of crime books emerging that have the irritating theme of the leading detective being driven by guilt of a past crime they believe they are responsible for. So tedious and boring. This book falls absolutely onto this category.

Tedious
Did not finish due to the tedious disjointed storyline’s and unnecessary tortured victim sections: I became frustrated and annoyed hence chose to leave this book before finishing.

Disappointing
From the reviews I thought this would be a worthwhile story to listen to. I managed to get through to the end just to see if had some surprising twist to save what was a cheesy, cliched and very predictable story. Far to Mills and Boon type for me.
