Highly recommend this audiobook
A very well narrated book which contained some excellent information. An easy listen and I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to give up drinking alcohol.

Perfect to empower and inform anyone looking to walk away from Alcohol
I was looking for information on how to walk away from alcohol, after feeling something not right inside of me, and after many years of problem drinking.
This book came at the right time. I know it’s bad, but this assisted me to understand why I couldn’t fathom not drinking, and how to effectively stop.
Perfect start for anyone wanting to do the same thing, or to just better understand the effects and social conditioning that exists around the attractively packaged poison that is, alcohol.
The authors narration certainly provides greater impact, the only thing I didn’t like, it finished... I would love to hear more and will check out the website for that.

Refreshes my reasons
This book helps you realize how pointless drinking is and how much better you are without it..
It gradually does this with lots of valid points and un does the brainwashing of drinking.

Really helpful for dealing with cravings.
Good book. Soberistas is also a good online group for beating the wine witch. Helpful.
