Die Erziehung dieses Sohnes, der Aladin hieß, wurde sehr vernachlässigt, so dass dieser allerhand lasterhafte Gewohnheiten annahm. Er war boshaft, halsstarrig und ungehorsam gegen Vater und Mutter. Kaum war er ein wenig herangewachsen, konnten ihn seine Eltern nicht mehr im Hause zurückhalten. Er ging schon am frühen Morgen aus und tat den ganzen Tag nichts, als auf den Straßen und öffentlichen Plätzen mit kleinen Tagedieben zu spielen, die jünger waren als er.
