Refreshing different insight into some great advantages

I enjoyed a view of some great and diverse adventures from different countries.
For a person of the right age this could provide inspiration to try some of these life changing challenges.

The second person narrative kills the story

The story may be fine but is written in the second person. You are camping, you hear a noise, you turn to look, you simply can’t take any more of it and promptly turn it off and go to something better.

The adventures would be much better if reported from people who have done the adventure.
