Great Intro to Make Your Bed & Sea Stories

This interview is an excellent intro to Admiral McRaven's "Make Your Bed" and "Sea Stories", both on Audible.
I highly recommend reading both. The Admirals analogy of the Rubber duckie is one of many that will inspire you and change your life.

I make my bed and it is square, I sing in the ocean in winter (Southern ocean) and I am part of an effective team who have made it our mission enhance and change the lives of others.

Bill, I have sugar coated and Embrace the Suck. you helped change my life.
Anything by Admiral McRaven should be on your must-read list
Highly recommended.
