if you're new here
if you're young and new on your soul searching journey then it's a great place to start.
however there are SO many steps in this book I got a bit lost. maybe better to have it as a hard copy version, or be prepared to pause and take notes throughout the audio.

Develop kindness, curiosity and love
This book invites the lister to be curious about who they are, encouraging the lister to investigate and reflect on what habits might be shaping the life journey they are currently experiencing. The essence of the message and practice within this text is to achieve and maintain internal peace. While the approach of the book may not be for everyone, the messages contained within are of importance to all.
The cover art and title initially made me skip over this book, however, my curiosity about what type of happiness this author is selling got the better of me. This is not because I generally feel unhappy but because I work with a lot of people who live in a state of dissatisfaction.
The author educates the listener on life’s challenges and how these can impact an individual and describes techniques to obtain internal peace. While the author’s audience is primarily women, the information is valuable to all.
Listening to this book takes you on a journey that can help develop kindness, curiosity, and a love of life. This work is inspiring and if you find any parts of it annoying be curious as to why.
