Cursed by the mystical ability to bring the dead back to life, two lovers have dedicated their declining lives to performing a strange ritual to spare the grief-stricken from their agony.
Lost a loved one? Just dial the number, and provide all the necessary details of their personal lives - including a list of quirks, personality traits, physical features, the location of the gravesite - and voila, back to life, like nothing ever happened.
Sounds convenient, right?
Well, there's a catch; every time the cursed couple digs up a gravesite, and the body is successfully revived, they pay the price with a token of their souls - a cherished memory disintegrates, one for each of them.
After receiving another request to revive another gone-too-early victim, the couple sets out to perform the ritual. They reminisce and stitch their cleaved memories back together, filling in the gaps of their past and weighing the sacrifices they've made against the good they've done.
