Don’t waste your credits on this book. Far to rapid repetitious and Office little to no help.
Far too repetitive, offers virtually no help, and not a book that anyone can use to better themselves with. After 20 minutes of listening, I had already heard the same phrases about five or six times. After 40 minutes, I was gobsmacked that the book hadn’t progressed much further. This book honestly sounds like it was written by AI, using a very basic prompt and nobody bothered to proofread it or proof listen to this audiobook because it is very boring, repetitive and uninformative. It is so bland it comes across as a dictionary, definition of what is ADHD. But does not help much at all other than to inform the listener who happens to know absolutely XERO about the condition. I found no practical help, tips, or any kind of real world advice from listening to this book about ADHD. I strongly suggest spending your credits elsewhere because I will be wasted on this book unless you don’t know anything about ADHD and you have a difficult time, listening and remembering to Something like this. There is no chance you will not know what ADHD is by the end of this book, but you won’t be able to combat any of the symptoms using any real practical solutions other than the very basic and examples that are provided in this book with its systematic approach, and Fluffy definitions to writing.
This is the second worst audiobook I have ever listened to, and the only reason why it’s not. The worst is because the worst one I have ever listened to was just a bunch of Tony Robbins quotes from Twitter that were turned into an audio. That book was worse than this. But only just. Ha ha.
