The Most Important Fasting Book of All

This book is a life-saver! If you’re struggling with your weight I highly recommend it. It has strategy and content that precedes the other fasting literature. It is a must read to put all those other books into context. I’m doing well following the appetite correction strategy.

I have read a few books now on IF. If your looking for the how to then this is great and simple and easy to listen to.

brilliant book!

I loved this book. full of useful and practical information for every day challenges of fasting. dr herring provides you with a huge toolbox of tips and tricks to make this lifestyle yours. his wife does a good job narrating the book and has a calm and clear voice. I have listened to this book 4 times already and will keep coming back to it. I have successfully got onto OMAD and steadily losing weight. not easy to do when you are menopausal and hypothyroid. this book is life changing., do yourself a favour and read it

Not sure

Hard to listen too. Information seems accurate but also confusing. So at the beginning eat want you in the 5 hours but don't eat all the time and then also portion control. Trying to get my head around it.

The practical ideas are great but it is very boring to listen to. I found myself finding it difficult to pay attention and it was not that helpful for me
