Prob better to buy this one in print

It's more of a reference book so might be better in print. The narrator was way to listen to and I did gleam some ideas from listening along. It's a 30 day challenge.

Fine If You're Starting From Scratch

There's nothing new here if you are already committed to the cause. Very millennial and pretty basic. Maybe teenagers would like it, personally I couldn't care less about body scrubs.
