Great track very relaxing

Great overall. Would have liked some description for how Part 1,2,3,4 differ. But overall relaxing and great for a nap, train commute etc.

4 Healing masterpieces

I use these 4 binaural beat tracks for chronic pain and insomnia. Having experience with Ryfe machine frequencies I can honestly say that this set is the next best thing to the $2k Ryfe. Thank you.
