Tilly hates her stepfather, Dave. He abuses her mother, but she refuses to leave him.

Frightened for her own safety, Tilly asks to go into foster care and is placed with Cathy. Just wow, cathy glass you have done it again. it was only released yesterday in Australia and I have finished it already! what a book, I was moved by your performance once again and I am so happy you welcomed your grandchild into the world whom is healthy and Lucy is doing all okay. the most painful part of reading your books is having to wait for the next one to be released once you have finished it. Waiting patiently for your next book about Tilly and Jackson
