About this listen

A Pigeon Story tells the story of Jacob, a pigeon, who learns the power of letting go after he experiences heart-wrenching loss after the great Human Decimation. The human population declines and the animals in the city must learn to adapt.

Generations later, when the humans begin thriving again, the older generation of animals must teach the younger ones how to get along side-by-side with humans in a world where they had never been. It is a story of allowing inner-connectedness, no matter what the odds are and what is happening “out there” to be a powerful catalyst for transformation and strength against all odds. It is a moving tale about the strength of Oneness and the courage it takes to step into the unknown with faith knowing that even during destruction, there is always a way back to hope and love.

Join Jacob and all the other animals of “The Grove” on a journey that brings them together to face uncertainty among rapid change and ultimately what it means to band as one to create acceptance and transformation.
