Brent Weeks
About this listen
Discover the origins of Durzo Blint in this original novella set in the world of Brent Weeks’ New York Times best-selling Night Angel trilogy.
Gaelan Starfire is a farmer, happy to be a husband and a father; a careful, quiet, simple man. He’s also an immortal, peerless in the arts of war. Over the centuries, he’s worn many faces to hide his gift, but he is a man ill-fit for obscurity and all too often he’s become a hero, his very names passing into legend: Acaelus Thorne, Yric the Black, Hrothan Steelbender, Tal Drakkan, Rebus Nimble.
But when Gaelan must take a job hunting down the world’s finest assassins for the beautiful courtesan-and-crimelord Gwinvere Kirena, what he finds may destroy everything he’s ever believed in.
Performed by Dylan Lynch, David Coyne, Johann Dettweiler, Tim Getman, Karen Carbone, Michael Glenn, James Lewis, Joe Brack, Scott McCormick, Nanette Savard, Kimberly Gilbert, Mort Shelby, Richard Rohan, Ken Jackson, Terence Aselford.

great
if you loved Night Angel this is a must to understand alot of the missing links with Durzo, Momma K, Ezra etc.
I want more GraphicAudio! so unfair that The Way of the Shadows GraphicAudio isn't available to international listeners like me in Australia.

Betrayal
This made me sad on so many levels
story was predictable and cheap
characters linear and shallow
pacing made no sense
sound effects and audio staging felt like random samples for default environments
very disappointing considering i really enjoyed the nigt angle series.
I don't usually spend the time to write negative reviews however this needs a public service warning
over priced under delivered
TIME VAMPIRE :(
