One of the worst books I have ever listened to.
Unless you like the worst anime with the worst English VoiceOver don’t read this. If you’re a friend of the author, still don’t read this. The authors understanding of language is atrocious. There are horrific metaphors and similes, past present and future tense are all mixed up. It jumps from third person to 1st person. It literally is like a couple of 10-year-old children reenacting a terrible Manga at home with toys in their bedrooms. If I was able to return this book I would have done so. For your sake, find an actual decent read. if this book is translated to English, shame on the translator. If this book is written in English, shame on the editor. If this book doesn’t have an editor, shame on it being published at all. Self publishing I would hope. The narration was good and highly impressive that the narrator didn’t burst into laughter or break out in tears. That’s as kind as I can be.
