About this listen

Midlife’s a bumpy journey. The ride is a freaking roller coaster. The crisis is real.

With my life back to normal - normal being a very relative word - one would think I’d catch a break.

One would be very wrong.

With an angel gunning for me and a demon in my bed, life couldn’t be more complicated. Not to mention, I’m going to have to make a rather large life choice.

Do I want to live forever?

Does anyone? Forever is a very long time.

Whatever. I’ll think about it tomorrow...or next week...or next month. As long as I have my girlfriends, my dogs, a super-sized case of merlot, and my deceased squatters, I’m good to go.

My midlife crisis. My rules. If it doesn’t kill me dead first, I plan to have a most excellent midlife crisis.

A most excellent midlife crisis

Another rounded out book in this series. The plot develops well and while predictable it was still enjoyable. In this book I didn’t feel quite so shouted at as in the previous ones. Not sure, however, if I will pay for/use credits to get other books in the series as yet, but have appreciated these first three books being included in the subscription.

Book 3, loving This series

Just the perfect amount of twists & turns. Totally loving this series. This book was another can’t put down or should I say can’t stop listening. The story is also funny and narration is one of the best I’ve heard.

Amazing

Jessica Almasy is amazing as a narrator, I can only imagine how difficult it would be to bring a Robyn Peterman book to like through audio, personally I’d have to much trouble stopping myself from laughing all the time...lol
The story is awesome into book 3 and I’m continually blown away by the plot and love all the drama and laughter the characters are also beyond amazing.

Listen to them all.

Funny, these are fun to hear as you do house work.
You get lost in them - always a good sign.
I have listened to them as I do house work and find I do not want to turn them off. So I let them keep going as I do other things. Funny - I have not had the tv - or any movies going for the time I started book 1 - only stop because I fell a sleep, and in the morning had to go back some.

I do not understand how they end so fast - and have to find the next one. I truly do get lost in the story.

I love the storyline.

I love this book but hated that the first chapter was the last chapter of the previous book. This author has a keen sense of humour that had me laughing out loud. The writing of intimate scenes were handled with great care were fabulously done. I hope to be a compilation of June and Jenny.
