Enlightening!
I loved Ruby's scientific explanation on how mindfullness can strengthen our brains and make us more resilient. with practical exercises as well. I really enjoyed listening to Ruby read her thoughts and experiences!

great down to earth book
Very entertaining and great introduction to mindfullness. Very well researched and supported explanaitions. Was easy to listen to as Ruby has a very down to earth, no nonsense way of explaining the concepts of mindfullness. The six week exercise guide was fabulous.

Don’t bother until extra PDF for instructions
Read well and interesting but not practical to follow and learn every day for 6 weeks. The structure should teach the background and science, then practical at the end- with a PDF fit support.
