Educational, bit quick for a beginner..

Very useful phrases. Hemi says the sentences a bit quick for someone wanting to learn to articulate themselves in Māori. I recommend the listener slow down the speed of narration on the app if you’d like to segment the words to better pronounce/replicate the sentences.

I loved this book!

I have the written book and just listened to the audiobook. The author speaks clearly and slowly which makes it easy to understand and helps a lot in learning how to say the phrases. The phrases are really practical and the author gives you extra words you can swap out to help you change the sentence to your needs. I really learnt a lot.
