About this listen
In this collection of short talks, I tried to link together what I thought was crucial and important in the fitness field - and in sports in general - that sometimes don't work very well in something like a book or an article. These are all too long for an article, and too short for a book. But they're all very important principles, and these are all concepts I think need to be linked together.

Repetitive and incomplete
Would you recommend this book to a friend? Why or why not?
No. I would recommend Intervention by Dan John.
Would you recommend A Lifelong Approach to Fitness to your friends? Why or why not?
No. It is repetitive and not as complete as Intervention.
What do you think the narrator could have done better?
I like Dan's style generally - but these are separate recordings. The recordings are not the best quality - some echo - but this can be ignored for good content.
Could you see A Lifelong Approach to Fitness being made into a movie or a TV series? Who would the stars be?
Not Applicable.
Any additional comments?
I really like Dan John's insights on training and diet, and thing that he is worth listening to. If you've never read/listened to Dan John before, you'll get a lot out of this - but you'd be better suited, if you have the time, to go for Intervention. There really wasn't much new in this. Also, in each of the lectures, he mentions the lecture notes, but there is no downloadable content with this Audible book. The description also says about bringing these ideas together - but there was no any part where he tied the ideas together - I think I was expecting a summary section.
